We support students that raise concerns regarding employers, their rights and employment agreements, in a variety of ways. It's important to note that Student Job Search is the intermediary in the relationship, we aren't employment relations professionals.

Things we do to help resolve issues include:

• Talking an issue through with employers and students.
• Suspending or banning employers from our services if we believe they haven't complied with our Terms and Conditions. 
• Supporting students to identify and get in touch with employment relations professionals. Primarily the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
• Supporting students to gather information that may be required by employment relations professionals.

It's important to note that we'll only suggest some alternatives for employers and that we're not qualified to provide any specific advice ourselves.
